Conduct the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-staff positions. 2. Monitor and evaluate the performance of three external recruitment agencies: ensure that these agencies successfully address the recruitment needs and provide high-quality candidates.3. Manage the transition of HE operators from a third party into Adaro, from candidate mapping through to the onboarding process.4. Execute mass recruitment initiatives for campus hiring. 5. Prepare and present progress reports on employee recruitment to management.

SIS provides a broad range of services for the coal mining industry, covering many aspects from contract mining services, civil works, and infrastructure development to land logistics.Responsibilities:1. Conduct the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions including Non-Staff - Managerial position and Dev. Programs. This includes drafting & posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting phone screenings, scheduling & conducting interviews, arranging psychological tests, medical check-up, performing reference checks, extending job offers, and managing onboarding procedures. 2. Prepare and present progress reports on employee recruitment to management.3. Manage on-site processes and handle administrative tasks related to new employees.4. Maintain and update the recruitment progress database.5. Provide support for operational HR tasks at the job site, including assisting with psychological testing and scoring for candidates in operator and administrative roles.Additional Tasks:1. Conduct large-scale recruitment efforts such as roadshows and walk-in interviews for heavy equipment operator roles.2. Execute mass recruitment initiatives for various programs including the Operator Preparation Program (OPP), Driver Development Program (DDP), Mechanic Preparation Program (MPP), Diploma Preparation Program (DPP), and select recipients for the Indonesian Bright Future Leaders scholarship program (CSR Adaro).3. Assist in recruiting non-staff positions for the Aluminium Smelter Project at PT Kalimantan Aluminium Industry in Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
