Helping organizations build highly-effective training programs. Highlights of my work include:* Designing and delivering training modules with accompanying train-the-trainer programs for clients that range from Fortune 500 organizations to nonprofit member associations.* Building eLearning modules that are helping NGOs, nonprofits, corporations, and small businesses meet their business objectives.* Designing and launching a revolutionary tool that is changing the way presentations are designed. Soapbox is the only tool that is designed based on our decades of experience and adult learning theory to give every trainer the tools to design and deliver incredible presentations in less time and with higher effectiveness.

Develop and implement sales strategy through internal and external sales teams. Provide leadership to the Technology Product Development team in the creation, maintenance and implementation of technology products.

Management of daily operation for several technology business units/products. Supervision of four staff on project management and implementation teams. Research, plan, and implement new and previously identified business opportunities. Implementation of new technologies, e-Learning models, and products.

Management the technical development process for existing and new technology projects and products from initial conception through development, documentation, and launch. Coordination of internal development and development with 3rd party technology partners. Requirements gathering, development of scope documents for each project, selection of vendors, scheduling, management of quality assurance, documentation, and evaluation of outcomes.

Worked closely with a variety of clients, including the US Department of Education, to design engaging classroom and online training to support their goals.
