Responsible in managing 31 local TV stations, affiliated with Metro TV. In charge for local content of those local TV Stations. I'm also in charge for preparing Metro TV into digital Television era.

Responsible for planning, budgeting, hiring, scheduling, training, and deployment of personnel to support and maintain newsroom system especially in Post production , Program Directing, Quality Control and News Library.

Responsible in managing of daily production of TV news bulletins and talk show programmes. Manage editorial as well as on-air look of every news bulletin and talkshow programmes.

Responsible in managing daily operation of news gathering (news coverage, assignment desk, Satellite news gathering). Assisting editor in Chief, in maintaining editorial policies. And make sure those policies implemented by all Reporters and contributors in the field

Responsible for planning, initiating, managing & creating content for the regular news programmes, Special Events and Breaking News. To Plan all aspects of the visual and editorial presentation of the programmes. Oversee staff to ensure high level of editorial and production consistency.

Responsible for daily production of news bulletin, such as Headline News, Metro Hari Ini, Breaking News, Metro Siang, etc.Responsible for editorial content of assigned shows or segments.

To Develop the performance of the Satellite News Gathering (SNG) Crew to the best performance. Make sure that all equipments in SNG Truck works effectively

PT CNM is a news production company to support foreign TV station in Indonesia. Work as Reporter for TV 3 Malaysia in Indonesia. And work as Assistant Producer for some foreign TV station such as: BBC News London, CBS News, CNN International, CBC Canada, etc. during coverage in Indonesia.
