Within this I deal with delicate personal information and strive to abide by the general data protection regulation 2018. However, this comes with some difficulties dependent on the circumstances of the customer, with this in mind it is my job to help the customer out to the best of my ability and make sure they are left with a satisfied service. Including dealing with calls from the public I am also required to carry out administration duties. This entails the completion of tasks that customers have contacted us by other forms of communication, due to this it is highly required that independent decisions need to be made to complete a first point of contact resolution. My main role at Argos was ‘Sales Team Leader’, this required me to drive sales within my team; assuring that as a store we hit our weekly targets, make sure that my team was working well together to satisfy all the customers’ needs.
