This experience makes me more sensitive to markets and business models.． Operated online community of the Meet Startup, handled instant messages from fans, maintained customer relationships, operated Facebook fan pages, LINE@ , e-newsletters and other tools. The number of website views increased by 155% and created the highest page view record since the start of the website.． Invited startup ecosystem partners to serve as columnists and maintain customer relationships. Contacted 50 active authors and generated 1400 articles in total.． Acted as the director of the 2019 Future Commerce’s official website and manual production, and cooperated with more than 20 colleagues across 8 groups. Made sure the website was launched on time and 2,500 manuals were printed as scheduled. The results were also approved by the supervisor.
