As the Vice President of Global Security & IT Compliance I was responsible for ensuring reliable and secure technology and services to advance company objectives. Provided executive leadership and oversight of multiple key technology, security, and compliance functions world wide. Additionally, managed complex business relationships to strike a balance of risk mitigation, financial accountability and support of ongoing business Operations requirements. I also provided active leadership and guidance to the Executive team during significant crisis and incident response events.

Responsible for the global Security organization to provide oversight for the design, planning, and execution of an enterprise-wide risk management strategy in the areas of security and compliance. Provided strategic risk guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of security controls.

Facilitated the development of an enterprise IT compliance program supporting multiple regulatory and client contractual requirements including SOX, HITRUST, HIPPA and PCI. Oversaw the development of an enterprise incident management and crisis management program. Recommended and gained acceptance from the Executive team to implement an enterprise security operating framework following NIST 800 standards.

Led a global account team supporting a Fortune 100 client for all domestic and international locations totaling approximately 800 personnel. Responsible for managing the account P&L results delivering, and exceeding, annual revenue targets. Facilitated the development of an internal quality management program designed to enhance customer satisfaction results. This resulted in the account exceeding the target survey results and was recommended to other BPO providers by the client. Instrumental in the growth of the client’s footprint with SYKES globally.

Drove the execution of client engagements and responsible for the engagement P&L and customer satisfaction results. Consistently exceeded customer satisfaction engagement survey results. Additional responsibilities to achieve annual business development targets to grow the SE Region call center practice for the firm.
