After spending a couple of years learning the ins and outs of what the employee journey is on the ground, with the PX Manager position I relish in the strategy that goes into enhancing the employee journey. The ability to set and manage annual budgets, choose what the team focuses on and liaise with other stakeholders within the organisation, gives me the opportunity to set the vision and goals for the team at new heights.Through the pandemic I supported the workforce as the company moved to a remote way of working and now in my new position I have had the privilege of being on the working group that subsequently strategised how we move to a hybrid way of working. This also includes a complete office refurbishment that caters to traditional desk work as well as collaborative spaces where stand-ups and meetings don't have to look like what they used to.I also carried over my responsibilities as the Health and Safety Officer, Chief Fire Warden, and Office Operations Manager of the Malta HQ.

The People Experience team at Comeon Group is dedicated to the employee journey. As the Specialist my work was focused on operation and execution. I was the first point of contact on a new-starter's first day, taking them through our HQ to giving culture presentations to all levels of the corporate ladder.My team conceptualised and threw small in-house events like Friday after-work hangouts as well as the large scale yearly ones like the annual summer and winter parties, monthly themed engagements like Pink Cocktails to raise money for breast cancer and barbers in the office in Movember to increase awareness for Movember.

As a bartender with Amsterdam's leading gay/queer cocktail bar my primary job was to serve drinks and prepare snacks for our patrons. During this time I was also learnt how to mix cocktails and prep all the necessary ingredients for it. Through my time there I learnt how to take and manage stock. It was a fast paced environment with a high level of customer service.

My experience at Cinemasia FilmLAB was characterized by a steep learning curve. Together with the head producer and my co-EP, I developed the concept for the 2018 cycle - Lost in Translation. I oversaw tenders and selection of filmmakers, writers and cinematographers for 5 short films. Following that I facilitated a day-long production workshop for the young filmmakers. This included an intensive screenplay workshop and short lighting and directing modules.I brokered deals with relevant vendors for production (lights, camera, post, subtitling) and guided production from inception to completion for 5 films that premiere at the Asian Film Festival,Amsterdam (2018).

I was at Rahul Bose productions through the marketing rollout of the movie Poorna. There, I implemented the marketing roll-out plan for print, web, and live events. The approach here was a bit different than other Bollywood productions. Owing to the fact that it was a movie about India, we were eligible for tax-exempt status. I drafted successful applications for the aforementioned exemption in multiple states in India.I also managed pre-sales for schools in 5 metropolitan cities, applied to multiple international film festivals and hosted private screenings for philanthropists across cities in India.

I work as the Assistant to Director Nitya Mehra, in a creative and managerial capacity. As a (creative) executive assistant, which is how a DA's role can be best described, my tasks include researching hair, makeup, wardrobe, locations, music, and anything and everything else a director would need when putting the pieces of a film together. I then disseminate all the information and work closely with HOD's to carry out the director's vision. Apart from managing my director's work schedule I also am privy to the editing and marketing processes of the film.

Good Juicery is a niche sparkling fruit juice company and one of the pioneers of the concept in India. I was taken on a few months after their products opened to limited distribution in Poona city to manage the brand in web and print. I handled their daily social media needs on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and also designed and oversaw all print materials from posters to invitation cards for events and menu inserts. Like it is for most start-up, positions require you to wear many hats and in addition to the branding work, I also oversaw the Poona sales portfolio and worked events and tastings for the company.

What started as a successful FB page www.facebook.com/indiaconcierge is now turning into Gloop.in, a new social network that helps Indian consumers discover new stuff. The site is built around the notion that people in India are making sense of a shifting national identity through what they own and what they buy. It is low-brow art meeting e-commerce, where emerging personalities who are shaping the way the educated, professional, curious Indian thinks--people in media, art, business, social work give us a sneak peak into their little black book of consumption and premium vendors interface with the high-end consumer.

When I joined team Mocomi, it was a simple concept - to create free educational content for children in India. The task ahead was to seed a website from scratch with content that supported 3 different educational programs in India. Together with a team of artists and motion animators I created learning modules, scripts for animated shots and live-action videos. The launch saw the expansion of content from content that supported schoolwork to material that's simply fun. This also led to the creation of my summer workshop series that I toured to 4 cities in India.

At Keep a Child Alive I primarily served as personal assistant to Earle Sebastian, the Creative Director of Keep a Child Alive and Brand Manager to R&B superstar Alicia Keys. As part of the creative team for the annual fundraiser - The Black Ball, I supported Earle in his creation of concepts and decor for the event.

Every year, not to be outdone by the NYC Thanksgiving Parade, Macy's Inc. hosts a fashion gala. The gala in its decades long run benefit HIV/AIDS foundations in the USA and apart from the technical posts, the event is run by volunteers. I directed the volunteer program in 2009 for both the SF and LA events. In this role I scheduled and supervised over 200 volunteers from both cities. The volunteer program was charged with activities such as assembling and distributing gift baskets, parking, catering, and ushers.

The Wilson Media Laboratory aimed to not only inculcate but also educate the use of multimedia at Middlebury College. Here we catered to walk-in clients by helping them with their individual projects. Sweatervest is Middlebury College's premier literary and arts magazine. During my tenure as the Arts Editor I revamped the look of the magazine from a font focused publication by including fine-art photography, including photographs of more traditional forms of art such as painting, silk-screening and sculpture, and digital art and collage.

Collaborated with all three arms of the publicity team at the Warner Bros. east coast operations office in New York City. Operated as an office aide whilst assisting with premieres, including the largest Bollywood premiere outside of India.
