Monitor and provide technical guidance on the MFL, UT, PT, andWFMT NDT processes of seamless drill pipe, casing, and tubing.Ensure the continuity and optimum condition of NDT machinesand installations.Track and report NDT inspection results and defect analysis basedon daily production totals.Ensure the proper setup and execution of equipments for all NDTmethods performed.Perform regular internal NDT Process audits to ensure complianceto company written inspection procedures, industry standards, andcustomer requirements.Perform training and examinations per ASNT CP-105 and SNT-TC1A for inspectors to achieve Level II certification in the MagneticParticle method.Coordinate with Field Services team in evaluation, verification,and reporting of final disposition regarding customer claims.Track and perform semi-annual and annual calibrations of NDTequipment.Develop procedures for NDT Processes in accordance with the requirements of industry specificationsPerform MFL, UT, PT, and MT inspections as needed.

Coordinate and control the NDT processes and maintenance activities.Ensure the continuity and optimum condition of NDT machines andinstallations.Propose investment projects to reduce process failures and downtime,while increasing inspection capabilities.Ensure the proper setup and execution of equipments for all NDTmethods performed.Perform regular internal audits of the manufacturing process and shop floor employees to ensure compliance to company writtenprocedures, industry standards, and customer requirements.Perform vertical and horizontal linearity checks for certification ofultrasonic inspection systems.Coordinate in-house and outsourced NDT preparation and testing asrequired by quality plan and/or client requests.Track and perform semi-annual and annual calibrations of NDTequipment.Maintain certification records for all NDT personnel, in accordance with company written practice and ASNT-SNT-TC-1A.Perform UT, ET, MT, MFL, PT, and RT inspection as needed.
