My story is one of many highs and personal lows, but throughout it all, my drive to be the best version of myself and to instill this in those I train has been paramount.After enjoying a long 14-year career as a professional footballer, most notably in the Premier League with Crystal Palace, I also had tenures at Watford, Colchester United, Oldham Athletic, and Coventry City. Unfortunately, it was at Coventry City where a serious knee injury ended my career.Since retiring from playing, I have transitioned into athlete development, focusing on strength and conditioning. I have gained valuable experience working with athletes across various sports. My deep understanding of the physical demands of professional football, combined with my commitment to innovative training methods, has fueled my desire to learn more and grow in this field.In August 2012, I was diagnosed with kidney failure, which led to me being on dialysis for eight months. Fortunately, I received a kidney transplant in February 2016. This personal health journey has instilled in me a profound commitment to health and well-being. I believe that no matter the hurdles we face in life, being the best version of yourself is key to happiness.
