Hybrid Assistant Role at Curzon assisting the Theatrical Sales and Programming Teams.Responsibilities- Ordering and keeping a record of all quad posters and trailers that cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Malta request.- Liaising with and Ordering DCPs, KDMs, Aspera Links and 35mm prints from MPS, Deluxe and SDC for Curzon Titles that cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Malta have booked to screen.Ordering Quad Posters (via OTML) and Trailers (via Gofilex) for… Show more Hybrid Assistant Role at Curzon assisting the Theatrical Sales and Programming Teams.Responsibilities- Ordering and keeping a record of all quad posters and trailers that cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Malta request.- Liaising with and Ordering DCPs, KDMs, Aspera Links and 35mm prints from MPS, Deluxe and SDC for Curzon Titles that cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Malta have booked to screen.Ordering Quad Posters (via OTML) and Trailers (via Gofilex) for current and future Curzon titles for cinemas across the UK, Ireland and Malta that have booked our films.- Maintaining, Updating and Creating Spreadsheets internally for bookings, advance sales tracking, trailer planning, week-to-week admissions data, advance screening schedule, holdover bookings and programming bible.- Providing DCP trailers from Curzon for Gofilex and Smart Trailering.- Attending exhibitor screenings and reporting back with my thoughts to assist the programming team regarding potentially screening future films at our sites.- Helping with exhibitor screenings for upcoming Curzon titles (e.g. ordering DCPs, KDMs and assisting on the day via greeting exhibitors and getting them to the right screen).- Ordering Materials (quads, trailers, DCPs, KDMs etc.) in advance for film festivals across the UK and Ireland including BFI London Film Festival and Edinburgh International Film Festival.- Main contact point for Curzon Cinemas chasing up the delivery of DCPs, KDMs, Quad Posters and Trailers for films we are screening or plan to screen in the future at our sites.- Beginner experience with second-run bookings for Curzon Titles at other sites.- Using VMS/RDWeb to create new film records and contracts for films we are screening, creating new terms for contracts, linking these records to Curzon sites screening the film and creating sales restrictions/rules for studios requesting specific restrictions for specific titles.
