Overall site lead for Molson's largest Canadian facility, a 65 acre property with over 1M sq ft of floor space dedicated to manufacturing and warehousing. Hourly Employee base of 600+ organized under four separate labour agreements plus 100 staff personnel. In addition to overall site lead I was chosen to lead the development of one world class large brewery organization design for the USA, UK, and Canada.

Responsible for the overall performance of Molson’s third largest Canadian Brewery. Within one year the brewery went from the worst performing brewery to winning the best performing brewery award in 2003 and 2004 by over delivering the financial performance improvement targets. Additionally the brewery was recognized for the most improved safety record by reducing the frequency and severity of accidents.

Responsible for the successful commissioning of the Brampton Greenfield site. The facility was the largest soft drinks plant in North America at 650,000sq. Ft with six high speed production lines producing 30 million cases annually. In this role I was a key player in developing the strategy to consolidate two production centers and four warehouses represented by two different unions into one facility while maintaining positive employee relations.
