Starting his career as a Carpenter in QLD, Wayne realised that working with people, especially in a leadership role, was what he was destined to do. After retailing roles across companies like Mitre 10 and Forty Winks, Wayne set his sights on a career in Banking and leadership.After a 20 year career with NAB across QLD and NSW, Wayne joined the Heritage Bank family to lead the Member Experience – Branches teams. Leading a diverse and geographical team within one of the most respected mutuals in the country is an amazing privilege and honour. The People First mantra is lived and breathed each and every day and that’s why I love what I do.Waynes journey is no where near over and he is looking forward to sharing his success and experiences with many more people that he will meet as his path continues to grow.
