Administrative management of a senior healthcare services program with a mission to provide all-inclusive healthcare and social services to up to 340 low income geriatric patients. This program's goal is to maximize quality of life and maintain patient stability in their homes, while minimizing the need for hospitalizations and nursing home placement. As program manager, I provided administrative supervision to a staff of 60+ including all disciplines comprised of nursing, home healthcare, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, day treatment, and activities therapy. The program has been successful in maintaining 93% of multi-cultural patients in their homes who would otherwise be placed in nursing homes. Additional responsibilities include: facilitation of interdisciplinary treatment team and reassessment meetings, fiscal and FTE management, oversight of payroll, scheduling, policy and procedure development, quality assurance, risk management and collaboration with funding and governmental bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR ~ Journey Home, Shelter Diversion & Holden Hall, a housing program for disabled men.Managed and oversaw three housing programs based on a Housing First platform. Directed and oversaw all aspects of daily operations, staff administration and the fiscal management of a 335 bed homeless facility with a $3M annual budget.
