· Was the commissioning agent for a major HVAC and electrical upgrade at a customer facility.· Was the validation agent assisting a customer to Validate a new nutraceutical gummy processing line. This was the first validated system installed at the site.

· Designed, installed and validated USP water system.· Proficient at reading PLC Ladder logic, Control Programs and Electrical and Mechanical Schematics.· Instituted plant maintenance program.· Became site expert for trouble shooting and repairing all equipment.

· Installed and tested sensors and their control system for a state-of-the-art oil blending facility.

· Attended 1-1⁄2 years of intensive training on Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, and Reactor theory and engineering.· Instituted the maintenance program for the Reactor and Steam Plant on a new construction Submarine.· Supervised commissioning testing for the Reactor and Steam Plant.· Instituted the Quality Assurance program for the Reactor, Steam Plant and Sub-Safe Systems· As training coordinator achieved the highest percentage of qualified operators at the training site.· Managed 35 junior nuclear machinist mates to ensure timely completion of the student training as well as maintaining the reactor and steam plant. The steam plant was from a decommissioned 1945 Destroyer.
