Forestry Sales Manager
Current• Oversee all sales and marketing activities associated with product in the Forestry Industry product range.• Drive the performance of Sales Representatives (Forestry), providing support to Territory Account Managers, and Regional and Branch Managers.• Development and delivery of Forestry business objectives to ensure key measures are achieved.• Contribute to the delivery of the overall national sales strategy ensuring market share target is met.• Develop and set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the Forestry business, and establish annual sales, profit and expense budgets.• Implement and monitor effectiveness of management systems, processes and practices.
