I am an experienced criminal barrister and trial advocate with more than two decades of experience. My work has included defending some of the largest global organisations.I conduct complex, internal and corporate investigations across multiple jurisdictions and have represented clients being investigated or prosecuted by law enforcement entities such as the UK Serious Fraud Office and the US Department of Justice. My work crosses a variety of industries and includes publishing, sports, logistics, energy and infrastructure, as well as natural resources.With more than 16 years’ experience as an international rugby union referee, I regularly bridge the worlds of law and sport, and has recently conducted investigations and reviews for UK Olympic Sports and National Governing Bodies.
