Supervise 9 instructors on day to day activities and lessons. Responsible for supervisory duties to include but not limited to; payroll, performance reviews, consumable accounts and monthly vendor accounts (12). Coordinate and conduct quarterly Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings with local employers to stay abreast with the current knowledge and skills needed in the workplace.Plan, prepare, and deliver quality classroom instruction in lecture, and/or laboratory formats based on the approved curricula. Communicate, support and enforce school policies; advise students accordingly. Advise students on attendance, grades and discipline issues as necessary. Maintain accurate daily attendance records and communicate any attendance concerns to the Director of Education/Campus Director. Secure and utilize approved course materials and teaching methods in order to ensure that the needs of the students are met. Prepare and organize the lesson materials, equipment, and training area. Motivate students by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, sensitivity for their concerns. Actively involve them in classroom discussions and/or activities. Identify different student learning styles and adjust accordingly.
