Wayne was the founder of The Baxter Team, one of the original practices within the Investment Planning Counsel (IPC). The Baxter Team had four locations in Ontario, Etobicoke, North York, Georgetown and Newmarket. Wayne Baxter was a Financial Advisor and Wealth Management Specialist. Wayne and his team managed more than $150 million dollars of investment capital on clients’ behalf. Wayne’s goal at IPC was to ensure that his clients became financially independent and were able to achieve their long-term investment objectives. Specializing in wealth management, one of Wayne’s objectives was to significantly increase the after-tax value of his client’s estates.
