I manage customer concerns during quality surveys and audits, as well as through our corrective and preventative action system (CAPA).As Director of R&D for Media Products, I oversee the development and testing of new media products. I am responsible for application engineering, and work closely with Sales to ensure new materials and processes meet the customer’s expectations. As Director of Safety, I oversee the development of safety policies and ensure that they are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
