En tant que vice-président des opérations pour ce projet et je négocierai activement avec les nouveaux locataires le bail et toutes les améliorations locatives.- Currently working part-time with a new company created by France Vallee and myself called Développement Immoblier Vallée Bishop (DIVB). In this roll, with a team of contractors I help manage the construction of a proximity mall in Saint-Lazare. The Address of this project is 872 de la Cite des Jeunes. As VP operations for this project and I will be actively negotiating with new tenants the lease and all leasehold improvements.

- Engaged in active customer relations, sales follow-up, and maintenance with key clients and accounts. Ensured the timely review and filtering of prospective incoming sales leads. Delegated quotations to sales assistants and reviewed/ modified final sales proposals. Assisted with manufacturing methodology on complex sales projects.- Contributed to corporate governance by monitoring essential company KPI’s and adjusting team goals accordingly, working to always keep the company in the best position regarding labour management and fiscal accountability. Key KPI’s included: Sales- Win rate by dollar value and percentage; Quality- Non-conformances (primarily from clients but also from internal manufacturing activities); and, Delivery: On-time delivery (OTD).- When necessary, assisted technicians and senior tradesman with troubleshooting and cost-effective manufacturing solutions. Facilitated the quickest/ most cost-effective machinery enhancements/ repairs.- Participate in all aspects of HR by initiating new hires when required. Led final reviews and acceptances of new hires in conjunction with team reviews. Terminated employees when required.- Analyzed and accepted all large dollar amount purchases related to manufacturing equipment.

- Monitored limited production workloads and achieved daily/ weekly manufacturing milestones.- Used all types of manufacturing equipment, both computerized and conventional, to produce satellite components and tooling as per engineered drawing requirements. Equipment included CNC mills, wire and EDM sinkers, jig boring, lathes, and mills. Co-ordinated with manufacturing technicians on complex projects.- Trained incoming machinists to properly fulfill their duties and tasks.
