Since starting in the Steel and Manufacturing industry I have never looked back. I began my career as a Sheet Steel Fabricator then moved on to welding and fabrication.I have worked on a variety of projects from 1-off bespoke jobs to setting up production lines, working along side the Production Engineers and also the clients. I have moved through various positions and progressed within the management structure becoming both Production Manager and Factory Manager. Key areas of focus for me are:* Safety * Quality* Cost * Delivery I also joined my local Fire service in 2000 for 5 years as a retained firefighter, enjoyed every aspect of the job as no call was every the same, gave me some really good life skills.
