I am currently employed at Jurlique International (14 years) and am responsible for continuous improvement. I work with most areas of the business as required, but in particular provide a service to the Production Department. I review systems and processes to identify where we can reduce waste, lower COGS, improve safety, and then Project Manage the implementation of approved changes. Over the next two years I am working in a Project Management support role as we build our new facility.Statistical Process Control and Value Stream Mapping are key tools used on a regular basis. Before taking on Process Improvement i was a department leader responsible for a large number of staff.I also have significant food industry experience and have been able to draw on that knowledge in my current role.
