Current- Directly reported to the Corporate Director of Spiritual and Pastoral Care for Mountain States Health Alliance, maintaining calendars, spreadsheets, and all pertinent and necessary documentation to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the department.- Maintained Volunteer Chaplain database for all MSHA facilities, including completed background checks and correspondence with potential and current volunteers.- Redesigned and implemented all SharePoint web pages for MSHA Spiritual and Pastoral Care, including The Center for Cultural Diversity, Spiritual and Pastoral Care Team Site, and MSHA’s Spiritual and Pastoral Care internal site.- Coordinated and rebuilt all Fiscal year 2017 “Care Logs” via Excel Spreadsheets, ensuring linked data flows from various spreadsheet sources.- Completed multiple departmental orders and requests, including office supplies, non-stock purchase orders, and requests for Corporate payment to offsite vendors.- Coordinated the department’s annual Washington County, TN Volunteer Chaplain Appreciation Luncheon, securing venue space, catering requests, and invitations within a specified budget amount.- Prepared PowerPoint presentations for MSHA Leadership, focusing on new and growing opportunities within the Spiritual and Pastoral Care Department.- Verified bi-weekly payroll via Kronos® timekeeping software, including Paid Time Off, Vacation, and Sick Time for Spiritual and Pastoral Care staff.
