Reviewing data, analyzing information, diagnosing the solution and performing all corrections necessary

• Provide Administrative and claims support to Managed care department and Medical bill Review.• Respond to inquiries according to claimant request including Primary Care Physician (PCP), claims professional and claim information look-ups• Process and deliver confidential information such as live checks to designated personnel within 5 departments including, Bill Review, Claims Legal, Mass Litigation, Managed Care and Recovery• Support Managed Care through preparation of over 100 Explanation of Review (EOR), New Medical Bills, Provider Sendback Bills and File Handler Assessments each day, using proprietary software applications • Audit over 100 New York State Board Medical Bills for proper documentation in preparation for submittal to healthcare providers
