Reporting to the CISO, drive strategic cyber relationships between RTX and key constituents across public and private sectors including the DoD, federal agencies, trade associations, and peer organizations. These relationships are for cyber threat sharing and collaboration to improve the security posture of RTX and the DIB community.

Leads the the Global Cyber Compliance Services (GCCS) team, an enterprise service designed to meet Raytheon’s global cybersecurity compliance needs by supporting programs, proposal teams, and global growth opportunities. The service will also proactively plan and execute focused strategies to establish and maintain compliance for new and existing U.S. and global cybersecurity regulations. Also included in GCCS is Supplier Cybersecurity, a significant capability that assists Raytheon in protecting its supply base through supplier cybersecurity assessments and consulting with key suppliers to increase their level of cybersecurity capability needed to resist advanced threats. Working closely with the USG creating the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) model and implementation program for this key future capability.

The National Defense Information Sharing and Analysis Center™ (NDISAC™ or National Defense ISAC™) is the national defense sector’s non-profit organization formed to enhance the security and resiliency of the defense industry and its strategic partners.NDISAC gives defense industry entities and suppliers the ability to leverage the best security data, tools, services, and best practices available in a high-trust, collaborative industry environment. Through NDISAC, members share intelligence on cyber and physical security, insider threats, vulnerabilities, and associated threat remediation. NDISAC enables members to develop and continually mature their secure enterprise. NDISAC serves as the national defense sector’s principal focal point for all hazards to the sector.

The DSIE was formed by 20 of the leading DIB companies in 2008 and formalized under the DIB Sector Coordinating Council (SCC) as the Cyber Sub-Council and Defense Industry ISAC. With over 60 defense companies and 400 members actively collaborating in real-time on all aspects of Cyber Threat Mitigation, the DSIE represents one of the most effective Threat Intelligence sharing organizations in the world. The DSIE incorporated into a 501c6 non-profit trade association as the DIB Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO) in March 2015 in line with the Presidential EO.
