Responsible for 3 outlets, Shoreline Buffet restaurant, Pool side Waterfall Café and Lobby Bar. My task was to roster, train, mentor and monitor service standards for all three outlets.Some highlights: The Shoreline Buffet restaurant was nominated for numerous QHA awards, each of these outlets improved with their profitability every year that I was the Manager
