Safety Advisor
Job Description, - Maintain a presence in the field on a daily basis- Conducting job site safety inspection,including Hazard Assessments, written reports and recomendations- Conducting morning and monthly Health and Safety Meetings - Leading and/or particpating in Incident Investigations - Monitoring adherence to company HSE program and site specific procedures by all employees and sub-contractors- Plan,organize,communicate and monitor progress on tasks and projects as they relate to safety- Prepare and provide site safety statisical information to HSE administrator and clients- Role out and activly involved in the Behavioural Based Safety Program. - Ensure Pre-Task Analysis are completed and done to reflect the task at hand- Other duties included but not limited to, scheduling safety training, all safety administration, track and monitor safety tickets to ensure compliance, oreintate new to site employees and sub-contractors
