I am an enthusiastic,energetic person,who possesses good team player skills,and work well alone using my own initiative.I have a real passion for care; i worked in retail for 13 years in sports reatail and D.I.Y retail,i also had experience in the Assistant Managerial position. After a number of years,i felt i needed a new challenge, a job role that would be very rewarding, so i chose to go into the care sector. It was the best decision i made,After a short time of taking on a new role as a care assitant,i got promoted to a senior role,as my dedication and hard work shone through.I have now completed my level two and three in health and social care and will soon be signing for my level 5 as I have taken on the role of deputy care manager. I have also completed a range of courses on social care t.v,which include,Infection Control,Safe Handling of Medication,Diet and Nutrition,Safe Gaurding, and a number of other courses. In the near future i am looking to do an access course to higher education,as i am very keen to apply for an Adult Nursing course at university so i can futher my career as a staff nurse.
