Currently teaching an online Computer Fluency course, which is required in our Computer Science programs. The course is basically a survey course that covers topics such as computer hardware, software, networking, HTML basics, the IT industry, SQL, programming basics, and a bit of Python programming.

Assisted in the creation of an automation team that automated the batch processing of Medicaid claims for payment or adjustment.

Oversaw the training and supervision of customer service and technical support agents. Created and maintained an extensive knowledge base of support articles utilized by agents on support calls. Built and maintained Linux based qmail front end email servers. Built script to speed up the creation or rebuild of servers for future implementation.
