I coordinate activities of personnel in the Production Dept with regards to their core responsibilities. I implement daily production schedules; taking appropriate corrective action where needed. I'm responsible for coordinating training and cross training activities of crew. I implement maintenance schedules; taking appropriate corrective action where needed. I help in any capacity to insure all areas of responsibilities held within the Production Dept. are covered. I communicate work flow requirements across departments to ensure continuity and consistency of work. I coach and provide on going feedback to team members
