This project was to build an extension to an existing filter train on site at Phosphate Hill mine site approx 180 Klm south of Mt Isa, The Project - 3rd Hemi Hydrate Filter train project was in excess of a 60 Million dollar project, I worked on a team of supervisors to carry out and monitor construction of ground & concrete works, including minor building works, I then moved into the Safety position as Safety Advisor to assist a Safety team to monitor safety on the project with approx 175 rotating FIFO workers who worked on the project, total of 9 months on site

Manage approx 25 Feld staff including 3 x depots with 3 x Forepersons, manage contracts, projects, Update system completion stages each week, communicate to above management, Negotiate with Clients for variations, scope changes, approvals, manage building compliance, Supervise contractors, organize contractors, Create programs, Ensure projects keep to guidelines and time frames, sign off on invoicing, complete projects to satisfy the client/customer.

Building new buildings and completing maintenance including upgrade program projects throughout remote indigenous communities all through Cape York, top end and Torress Straits, working with local Community councils, contractors and building team to complete all aspects of building and construction for Government assets and Government clients, EDU, Health, QPS, QAS, Local councils, hands on and supervision projects
