Wayne Browning is the Global Head of Information Security Technology for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank, which has a presence in over 30 countries. As part of his role, Mr. Browning leads a Technical Center of Excellence with a common purpose, focused on delivering innovative, effective, and secure technology solutions in support of Citi’s Information Security and Global Consumer Bank strategies. Additionally, Mr. Browning serves as a Group Information Security Officer and trusted advisor to multiple CIOs and executive Business partners. In this role he is responsible for developing and managing the Information Security program and strategy, ensuring it aligns to meet business objectives and risk tolerance.

Senior Vice President and Director within Citi’s Global Consumer Group organization. Responsibile for the development and management of risk, information security and internet management programs in support of the business and technology. Responsibilities include the Information Security strategies and controls for internet, mobile and ATM channels for the Consumer products.

Mr. Browning served as a Vice President and Director within FleetBoston Financial Enterprise Information Security and Compliance Unit. Mr. Browning had responsibility for setting the strategic direction and establishing policy, architecture, design and implementation of the Corporation’s Information Security practices. With the merger of Fleet and Bank of America, Mr. Browning also served as a Senior Vice President responsible for establishing an Application Security Architecture and Software Security program globally for Bank of America.
