Responsible for Realty and Asset Management business unit as part of Accor Apartments and Realty, with over 100 properties and 12,000 unit owners. Specialized divisions include strata management, leasing, owner relations,business development, operational compliance,realty sales and residential letting and refurbishment.

Following acquisition of FRHI appointed to oversee operations of all luxury branded hotels in Accor in the region - Raffles Fairmont Sofitel M Gallery Swissotel Pullman

Provide leadership of the Asia Pacific team across Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel brands to ensure that all targets (financial, non financial, growth) are achieved for the group.

Contract role responsible for the leadership and oversight of TCC Hotel Group with 46 owned or joint venture hotels comprising those managed by TCC in Thailand and offshore including Imperial Group of hotels, Plaza Athenee NY, Park International and Best Western Cromwell, London and those also managed by international operators Starwood, IHG, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Accor, Banyan Tree, Melia.in Thailand, Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.

Overall responsibility for the performance of all of the Starwood hotels in the region including Westin, Sheraton, Luxury Collection, Le Meridien, W, St Regis, Four Points and aloft hotels. This position reported to the President Starwood Asia Pacific based in Singapore. In addition to the regional role, was the Managing Director of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers and a Director of Royal Orchid Thailand PLC a company listed on the Thai Stock Exchange and a member of the Audit Committee.- Grew the Starwood portfolio from 5 hotels in the region to now managing and operating 22 hotels (18 in Thailand, 3 in Vietnam and 1 in Cambodia). Currently in addition there were 9 hotels under construction/planning @ Jan 2012.- Integrated 5 existing Le Meridien hotels in to the Starwood system after the purchase of LM globally- Created flagship hub for the 8 Starwood brands in Bangkok with all hotel brands represented by hotels by end of 2012. - Planned and managed the US$35m refurbishment project at Royal Orchid Sheraton (a 28 year old property, 726 rooms, with a predominantly leisure and meetings guest mix) completed in 2009.- Managed through a number of crises in Thailand in the last 6 years - post Tsunami, military Coup, political protests resulting in airport closures, anti-Government violence and the biggest floods in decades all leading to extensive travel warnings and disruption to business. - Spearheaded the diversity initiative in Starwood in the region and successfully placed 5 females and a Thai national in GM roles.- Led a large team of direct reports - 30 including 23 GMs and 7 Regional Directors (Finance, HR, S&M, Revenue Management, Engineering, New Build, IT)

Responsible for the overall financial reporting and performnace of both hotels with 2 separate finance teams under 2 different owners.
