Team Leader and Project Manager for the construction supervision of the West Zarqa to As Samra WWTP pipeline transmission project. This was a 1200mm diameter ductile iron high pressure pipeline (360+ psi), with JSaw Lock restrained joints, pipe bridges, wadi crossings, washouts and valve chambers. The work also included design modifications to meet site and right-of-way requirements, pipeline pressure testing, survey and complete construction supervision, claims evaluations, etc.

The position responsibility was to coordinate design activities, manage RFP solicitation document preparation and Environmental Document preparation and completion (ESS, EA and EMPR) for Health Referral Network and Central Pharmaceutical Warehouse sites, as well as provide oversight and senior-level technical assistance for water supply and sanitation systems associated with new and upgraded Hospital and Clinic facilities located around the country. Was the Team Leader for Water Demand Management in the USAID-funded Integrated Watershed Management Program (IWMP), as well as the Northern Regional Director, based in Kabul and Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. I was later appointed Acting Chief of Party from November 2013 to January 2014 (USAID planned Program Closure), based in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Senior Technical Unit Leader for Regional Infrastructure Development Fund (KfW) for implementation of infrastructure projects in five Provinces of the Northern Region of Afghanistan. The RIDF Program is a 100 M. EURO infrastructure development program for water supply & sanitation, irrigation, flood control, roads and power sectors.

Team Leader/Chief of Party for the ADB funded Western Basins Water Resource Management Project (Ministry of Energy and Water). This was a $90 M. project for irrigation infrastructure rehabilitation and improvement, integrated water resources management and capacity building in the Hari Rud River and Murghab River Basins of the Western Region of Afghanistan.
