• To ensure that all orders are processed accurately, in a timely manner according to customers instructions, both manually or EDI. Check EDI orders have auto imported on to the Global system – ensuring that the order files received are complete.• Process all manual orders – ensure that all customers’ depots have been received if not contact customer or 3PL(Dairy Crest) for any missing orders. Orders to be prioritised in line with despatch requirements i.e. earliest despatch times take priority.• Provide the production teams and loading bay with accurate information in a timely manner. Take ownership of all queries relating to orders in a professional manner, any issue that you are unable to resolve, contact should be made with our Supply Chain, relevant Nation Account Manager or Line Manager.• Run required ODBC reports and distribute to relevant personnel. Bank holiday cover when required.• Ensure Customer Sales Orders are invoiced on a weekly basis to the agreed procedures via Global 3000 and EDI, with relevant reports produced in a timely manner. To log all production shorts on the relevant Customer Service Level Report and associated delivery notes.• Retrieval of Proof of Deliveries from relevant internet sites. Recording of Proof of Deliveries received into the department and that any delivery discrepancies are noted on our delivery notes and relevant CSL’s. • Ad hoc assistance to the Customer Accounting Manager and other team members when necessary.• Processing of Sales Invoices by adjusting delivery notes where applicable within the Global 3000 and Navision systems. Matching the original delivery notes to reports and daily trackers from our 3PL (Dairy Crest), along with checking any available internet sites.• Produce invoice files via EDI or manually which are to be posted in accordance to customer requirements, on a daily/weekly basis.
