I have been involved in printing/graphic arts, agriculture and environmental management over a lifetime. I have worked as a desktop publisher in Qld, while volunteering as a Landcarer in Brisbane. Now employed by Bulimba Creek Catchment Coordinating Committee for last eight years, out of a 21 year involvement. My interests are, put basically, involving community in environmental and wildlife programs, groups and actions. Creating native habitat and protecting it. Dealing with community, industry and governments to get the best deal for our environment. My concerns are for our treatment of our land and our wastefulness with natural resources. I cannot convince everyone about these things, but maybe influence a little to lessen people's impact and help them realise nature conservation and sustainability are our responsibility on behalf or future generations.
