Cost Analyst for OEM division responsible for supporting A380 and Mitsubishi Regional Jet Program.Utilize CATIA v5 and SmarTeam to perform detail cost assessments early in the design phase for flight deck liners, bins, ceilings, sidewalls, cargo, lavatories and galleys.Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering with cost analysis of proposed design and manufacturing concepts.Maintain comprehensive budget and projected cost assessment for entire work package which tracks budget (with impact of changes), and projected revenue by work package, and by customer configuration.Provide support to Tier II Program Manager with Cost/Budget breakdowns and analysis for work scope that includes potable water/vacuum waste system, crew seats, cabin insulation and oxygen systems (both crew and passenger.)Support Procurement with analysis of vendor quotes and Long Term Agreements.Track Engineering performance to budget, project hours burned by month, planned tooling expenses, as well as other program expenses to support revenue planning. Able to support detailed breakdowns for each work package (bins, galley, entryway liners, etc.)Participate in 3P and other Kaizen activities associated with establishing a new production line for MRJ Program.Provide support to OEM Division Vice President in preparing monthly reports. Also provide other departmental budget analysis and presentation support to CFO and OEM Division Vice President as required.Participate in customer negotiations for scope changes and added work scope. Provide Business Development Manager with detailed estimates and cost breakdowns to support discussions. Present analysis and justification of pricing being offered to customer. Help to educate customer about risks, benefits and challenges of manufacturing composites/aerospace cabin interiors.

Responsible for Purchasing, Inventory, and was a Production team member in the Corvallis Office. Maintained the MRP system for the site, which included generating new BOM's, new part master records, POs, SOs, and cycle counts. On the production side, built electronic assemblies and wire bundles, burned EEPROMs and performed final testing of systems which worked on either CANBUS, DeviceNet or SDS systems.
