As Exploration Manager - Hemi I am responsible for managing a large team of geologists and field crew with the objective of growing and developing the world class 10.5Moz Hemi gold resource in the Pilbara. Hemi is an emerging tier one gold asset which has rapidly grown since discovery in early 2020. My job is to advance the project through preliminary and definitive feasibility studies as well as explore new targets to grow the resource. I have to do this whilst maintaining a strong safety focus and upholding the De Grey Mining values.

As the Senior Exploration Geologist at Gold Road I am responsible for exploration activities on site at the Yamarna Project which is currently Gold Road's flagship project. I am responsible for ensuring that a portfolio of high quality targets are generated and tested with a >$30M exploration budget. I am tasked with ensuring the 0-12 month schedule of drilling is planned and executed. I manage a large team of more than 8 highly skilled geologists who work in conjunction with the Company's technical specialists to assess and rank drill targets. The Yamarna project is a large exploration project which is set up more like a mining camp with many different people supporting the exploration effort. As the Senior Exploration Geologist on site it is integral to the smooth running of the site that you engage a range of stakeholders in order to successfully plan exploration programs. This includes safety, environment and field logistics.

Mt Monger, Hogans, Lake Lefroy - Kalgoorlie

I was the Senior Exploration Geologist with Lefroy Exploration from when the Company was first listed on the ASX. I primarily worked at the Lake Lefroy Gold Project 65km SE of Kalgoorlie which is the Company's flagship project. My responsibilities included setting up the Company's geological systems, including database and logging codes as well as safety procedures. In conjunction with the Managing Director I planned, budgeted and executed all of the drill programs on this project which resulted in the discovery of numerous gold occurrences including the Lucky Strike gold deposit which now has a resource of 79 kOz @ 1.9 g/t Au less than 4km SW of Silver Lake's Randalls Mill. I also planned and executed the discovery RC drill program which found 60m @ 5.22g/t Au intersection at the Burns prospect. I also participated in the early targeting and drilling over Lake Lefroy which is now in Joint Venture with Goldfields St Ives. Lefroy is proud to have a strong working relationship with Goldfields staff and I regularly participated in the quarterly joint venture meetings and discussed exploration progress on the JV project.Skills: - Arc GIS, Leapfrog Geo, IoGas

Project Geologist at Silver Lake Mt Monger operations near Kalgoorlie.At Silver Lake Resources I had the opportunity to work across all 3 sites, experiencing different styles of mineralisation gaining experience and exposure to many facets of exploration. The role was very rewarding especially as I was completing a Masters of Economic Geology through the University of Tasmania at the same time. The Skills I learnt from the Masters enabled me to implement the latest exploration techniques in the deposits I was working on.At the Murchison Project I was the Project Geologist which involved managing a team of geologists and field crew during multi-rig drill out phase of a VHMS deposit and a number of BIF hosted gold deposits. Project Exploration Geologist for Image's North Perth Basin mineral sand deposits. Managed drill crews and field assistants during drilling programs.- Heavily involved with Image's Cooljarloo (Atlas) and Gingin discoveries, including planning drill programs, interpretation and acquiring environmental approval to explore- Logging of Aircore, RC and Diamond samples- Carried out drill programs exploring for Uranium, Gold and Iron Ore- Image was granted over $100,000 during the DMP's 2010 exploration incentive scheme (the only mineral sand project to get approval that year) to explore deeper mineral sand deposits at Cooljarloo. I applied for the grant using an interpretation compiled by myself and the MD which explained the potential for deeper mineralization in an already well explored area.
