I was brought in to revitalise sales, develop new products and take to market. Re-engage with the broker market and develop a new employed direct sales team after the business had been closed to new business for a number of years. I head a great team of people, marketing and selling our new products direct to consumer and through the specialist broker channel. Became an Executive Committee member in 2018.

I was brought in to reorganise a field based direct sales force and switch the distribution focus towards the broker market. Distributing a range of insurance products throughout the UK and Ireland. During my time we managed to grow a sustainable business, offering the shareholders a good return on their investment.
