CurrentResponsible for providing IT Leadership and management of End User Service delivery operations teams including Desktop Field Support, Executive Support, Messaging & Collaboration, Audio Visual and Desktop Engineering, in support of 10,000 (+) employees across a multi-site enterprise. Focus on service improvement, EUC standardization, innovation, and improved technical support, customer support and service delivery.*Collaborate with Strategic Vendor Business Partner, Enterprise Architecture, and other Teams to decide technology standards and develop roadmap for standardization of Desktop Hardware across the enterprise.*Meet with Executive Leadership, Program and Clinical Department leaders to discuss pain points, assess critical business and technology innovation needs, reviewing cost-effective and sustainable IT solutions to promptly address and resolve the needs. *Skillfully manage and oversee End User Services Operations Teams, to improve performance and ensure high level of IT support and services to the enterprise.*Managed Project Teams responsible for delivering critical enterprise-wide projects. *On-Premises Exchange migration to Microsoft O365 Cloud Hosted Exchange. *Windows 10 Migration and upgrade to supported version.*Migration to Microsoft Intune for improved Mobile Endpoint management.*Introduction and Migration to Microsoft Teams as the primary messaging and collaboration platform.*Partner with Senior Leadership to review strategic business initiatives, providing insight where applicable, and prepare Infrastructure Teams to operationalize those initiatives and ideas.*Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance and Cyber Security Teams to enhance and stabilize the security posture across City of Hope, in support of HIPAA Compliance, PHI data protection and desktop hardware security.
