Course Description: Karate for All (KFA) is a community program developed specifically for special needs children and adults that are limited in their engagement with daily community activities due to physical, mental and psychosocial limitations as a result of their disability.KFA was developed with knowledge and benefit of occupational therapy and the disciple of martial arts. This course consists of self-defense techniques involving kicking, punching blocking as well as meditation techniques.
