Generation client base includes Meridian, Contact, and Mighty River Power.  Managing combined P&L circa $45M.  Responsible for the resourcing, training and leadership of a two hundred person workforce, dispersed across five geographically separate depots. Responsible for the growth of the Industrial, Distribution and Generation business sectors within the New Zealand electrical maintenance market.

Responsible for the three Transpower (National Grid) Operating Centres in New Zealand. Industrial HV client base spanned Blue Scope Steel (Glenbrook), Auckland Airport, Auckland City Council, Ports of Auckland and Water Care Services.  Managed P&L circa $25M.  Responsible for the resourcing, training and leadership of a one hundred and fifty person workforce, dispersed across four geographically separate depots. Responsible for the growth of the Industrial business sector within the New Zealand market.

Industrial client base spanned Blue Scope Steel (Glenbrook), Ports of Auckland and Water Care Services.  Managed P&L circa $30M.  Responsible for the resourcing, training and leadership of a two hundred person workforce, dispersed across four geographically separate depots. Responsible for the growth of the I&D business sector within the New Zealand market.

 To strengthen our capability to recruit, develop and maintain our key human resource base in the electrical transmission and distribution sector. Lead group projects associated with developing resource capability within the group, focussed primarily around establishing international sources of people for expansion and replacement within T&D and Generation & Industrial (G&I). To lead and support key business development and project initiatives that will be transformational to Transfield Services in the event that they are successful. Mentor managers to assist them to improve their individual performance and that of their business. Provide support and project leadership to rail bids. Oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts.
