Working in conjunction with Cyclefit and medical professionals I designed and implemented a completely new Trek Fit level 2 taking our Fit training program to the most advanced in the industry. The first training course exceeded our expectations and was extremely successful with more courses planned and requests from the European market. Successfully and consistently kept within budget, reducing costs while improving service to our customers. Successfully reduced budget request for next year. Successfully implemented a charging scheme for Fit Services making the courses cost neutral, 
further reducing budget. Provided expert motion capture and mechanic skills to Cyclefit when working with team Radioshack Leopard Trek at ride camps.
