As Managing Director of Aindale & KTD, Cockerill takes overall responsibility in driving the business forward, in business performance, product strategy and portfolio selection. With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry and a background in Systems Analysis, he also has the added dimension of his 15 years experience in Chairing the Network Group. With a wealth of experience, not only from within his own business but in chairing the group, he provided leadership to over 70 IT Resellers and with high level interaction with vendors, distributors and the reseller community, this culminates in the ability to provide an informed, considered and commercial view and drive for the businesses and the challenging business issues impacting organisations in today’s world of IT and solutions.Prior to joining Aindale, Cockerill worked for the Mars Group in a number of roles including, information analyst within the Industrial Engineering team, and then moving into Mars’s IT Division gaining experience in Technical Support, IT rollout and systems design, spending time at their divisions in the UK and New Jersey, USA.Cockerill holds a Computing in Business (Systems Analysis) degree from Huddersfield University and post graduate qualifications in Business Management. Holding CRN’s A-List status for 4 years running, and owns a separate software company providing Accounting, Order Management, Contract Costing & Payroll solutions.
