Wayne has trained NBA security, and he developed the facilitator’s guide and training exercises for "24/7: Post 9-11 Security for Public Assembly Facilities", a training DVD distributed to all MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL teams.He has been a featured speaker at numerous International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) District Meetings and at IAVM International Conferences including the International Crowd Management Conference since 1999.
