As a Senior Consultant with Navigate I lead and managed multiple assignments, managed key clients and projects as well as co-ordinating and managing a team of Consultants, Assistant Consultants and Business Support staff. I also played a central role in business development, supporting and developing the Navigate brand regionally and nationally.As part of supporting the growth of the business I managed a compilation of proposals and tenders and attended presentation pitches to win new business. I supported Directors in the planning and monitoring of business development activity, proactively managed client and candidate relationships to develop new and existing accounts and identified and developed opportunities across all Navigate business areas.I developed and maintained new and existing relationships as well as delivering executive resourcing assignments successfully across Local Government, Schools, Universities and Colleges and undertaking key client facing roles, attending, selection panels, assessment centres, interviewing senior level candidates, providing high quality feedback and career coaching.
