I started my aviation career in 1978. I am a private pilot with an instrument/commercial and a multi-engine instrument rating. I have an Airframe and Powerplant license that compliments my pilot certificates. I have owned my own aircraft and have spent a number of years in General Aviation. I joined United Airlines in 1985 as a technician and later joined the Technical Instructor ranks. I teach various ATA chapter systems and aviionics on the Boeing 747, 757, and 767 aircraft and in addition, engine run and taxi qualified as well. My experiences have been based around the FAR 121 and FAR 145 operations. I have become a strong developer over the years. I have developed the curriculum for all my courses which includes the objectives, lesson plans, study guides, and photograph/video aides. I am fairly fluent in MS Word, Adobe Framemaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional. I love what I do and enjoy meeting and interfacing with people from all over the world. That is what makes my job special; the boundaries are endless.
