As the first point of contact for engineers and apprentices to assist where required in relation to:-▪ Technical issues▪ Job specific problems▪ Material shortages▪ Inaccurate and/or missing job information▪ Any job or planning issuesAttending site to ensure resolution to any issues raised. Quality Assurance visits during and post job to ensure engineers and works undertaken uphold company standards and reputation. Set an example for others to follow in carrying out everyday duties and customer service in line with company expectations.

Installation and commissioning of Heat Pumps, both new and retrofit with appropriate system upgrades. Installation and commissioning of natural gas, LPG, electric and Oil fired central heating boilers and systems. Annual servicing of domestic gas and oil fired central heating boilers and repairs where required. General plumbing, maintenance and repairs. Undertaking of technical survey’s for upcoming installs detailing and agreeing with customer work involved and materials required for order. Attending sales appointments to ascertain customer needs and make suitable recommendations, providing schedule of works required to generate suitable quotations. Mentoring company apprentices. Demonstrating work practices and assigning suitable tasks. Providing educational and constructive feedback where required and providing development.Completion of relevant paperwork and documentation as required following industry guidelines and practices. Self management of diary and customer liaison.
