Solely responsible for the smooth and effective checking in and release of all consumables and products throughout QuantaDT, across all UK and US sites.Provides a critical role that ensures the compliance of all raw materials and consumables entering into Quanta, and authorising the release of all finished products to the end user.Reviews all production documentation for compliance against Device Master Records.Ensures GDP is maintained across the production site via document review/approval and coaching/mentoring of all staff members.Part of the cross functional team involved in NCR investigations, root cause analysis and pFMEA.Mentors and supports training activities across the business and escalates where training is not being completed on time or is ineffective.Collects data in order to monitor and measure the goods in/release process.Supports the implementation and maintenance of the eQMS.

Responsible for preventive maintenance planning during a 14 week maintenance package on an aircraft, as well as ensuring that any emergent faults are prioritised and rectified in a timely manner. Conducts job planning and the allocation of resources such as Ground Support Equipment, Manual Handling Equipment, and hangar facilities. Assists with manpower planning, allocation of duties and responsibilities, personnel supervision and administration, as well as helping identify any training requirements. Helps to ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are complied with, and that all tasks are carried out in accordance with current legislation. Ensures all maintenance is correctly documented, and that the documentation is compiled correctly and accurately in accordance with current regulations. Controls all documentation compiled during the maintenance package, as well as all electronic data. Involved with the quality control process for all generated paperwork. All documentation generated is always completed to the highest standards.
