My duties at Wickes involved Supervising colleagues, to ensure that they were working to a satisfactory standard. I was also required to extensively use Database management skills, involving banking duties and placing stock orders, as well as looking up information and following through on any queries and maintaining stock security and pricing. I would spend the majority of my working day however, assisting customers, providing advice and resolving any complaints or issues that they had.
